Who we are, and who we are not
DK Property Solve buys residential property directly. We sign the purchase agreement as Dwell Kept LLC dba DK Property Solve and may assign it to another buyer before closing. If we do, the price and terms in your agreement do not change.
We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent you or anyone else in a real estate transaction. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, lending, or investment advice. Nothing on this site or in our messages is an appraisal or a valuation. You should get your own professional advice before entering into any agreement.
Nothing here is a binding offer
Information on this site is general and provided for convenience. Anything we discuss with you — including any figure, range, or possibility we describe — is a conversation, not an offer. No obligation exists on either side unless and until both parties sign a written agreement. We may decline to proceed on any property for any lawful reason.
Using this site
You agree to give accurate information, to submit inquiries only for property you own or are authorized to discuss, and not to use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not authorized to reach.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or join our messaging program.

One business line. (513) 822-3505 is also the line we use to call and text real estate agents about properties they have listed. Those conversations are not part of this program, and they do not enroll an agent in it (see “People we contact first” in our Privacy Policy).
How you join. You opt in in one of two ways. (1) Check the optional consent box on the request form on this site. You can submit the form without checking it. (2) Tap “Text us: (513) 822-3505” on this site, or text (513) 822-3505 yourself, after reading the disclosure beside that button. Sending that first message is your consent to receive replies about your property inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any sale or service.
What you will receive. Messages about the property you contacted us about — questions about its condition and your situation, scheduling for a walkthrough, and follow-up on the conversation.
Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the conversation.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for the messages.
How to stop. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to (513) 822-3505. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that program. If you reply REVOKE or OPTOUT, or ask us in other words, by text or in writing, to stop texting you, a person will stop the texts, normally by the end of the next business day and always within 10 business days. To rejoin, text START to (513) 822-3505 or opt in again on this site.
How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to (513) 822-3505, email discovery@dkpropertysolve.com, or write to us at the address above. We answer messages on business days.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions outside our control.
Your number. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, so that we do not message someone who has not consented.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including the mobile information you give us through the messaging program.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not copy or reuse the content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, DK Property Solve is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or our messaging program.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and it applies from the date it is posted.
