You decide
If you accept, we sign a purchase agreement with a short inspection period and close through a title company on a closing date set in the agreement (we may assign the agreement to another buyer before closing). If you decline, that is fine.
What we buy
Houses as they are, including properties with deferred maintenance, inherited homes, rentals with tenants in place, and houses that have been on the market without selling. We cannot make an offer on every property, and if yours is not a fit we will say so plainly.
