This Privacy Policy explains how Dwell Kept LLC dba DK Property Solve (“DK Property Solve,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you contact us, submit a form on this website, or participate in our text-messaging program, or when we contact you about a listing.

Information we collect
For people who contact us, we collect only what we need to respond to a property inquiry:
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the property address you are asking about, and anything else you choose to tell us in a form, a text message, an email, or a phone call.
- Information about the property. Publicly available property records and listing data for the address you tell us about.
- Basic technical information. Standard web server data such as your browser type and the pages you visit on this site.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through this website.
People we contact first
We also contact real estate agents who have listed a property, to ask about that listing and about other properties we might buy. We find their business contact details in listing data and public property records, and we use those details only for that purpose. We may call or text them about their listings from our business line, (513) 822-3505. That does not enroll them in the text-messaging program for property owners described below. To stop, reply STOP to any message from us, use the unsubscribe link where an email has one, tell us on a call, or write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com. A person handles every request, and we stop contacting you on every channel, normally by the end of the next business day and always within 10 business days.
How we use it
For people who contact us, we use it:
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To review the property and determine whether it is something we can buy.
- To contact you about that property by phone, email, or text message, if you have given us the appropriate consent.
- To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the property inquiry you contacted us about.

Text messaging and your mobile information
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile opt-in data. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not pass it to lead generators.
The service providers that make the messaging program work — for example the telecommunications carrier that delivers the message and the customer relationship management platform we use to send it — handle your mobile information only for the purpose of operating the program and responding to you. Those providers are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own marketing.
Our SMS program number is (513) 822-3505. It is also our business line for listing agents (see People we contact first), and texts with an agent are not part of the program. You join by checking the optional box on our request form or by texting the program number first. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any sale or service.
When we share other information
- Service providers. Companies that host this site, deliver our email, or run our customer relationship management system, acting on our instructions and for no other purpose.
- Transaction professionals. If a property moves toward a signed agreement, the title company, closing attorney, or escrow agent handling that transaction.
- Purchasers and assignees. If we assign a purchase agreement, the person taking the assignment receives the details needed to close. We do not give them, or anyone else, your mobile number or text-message consent data for marketing.
- Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. To review a property, we look up its address with property-data services (public records, valuations and listings). We do not give them your name, phone number, email address, or text-message consent.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to document a transaction, and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove the information that identifies you. We keep a record of every opt-out request for as long as we need it to honor it.
How we protect it
We limit access to the people who need it to do their work, and information is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message from our program number. Replying STOP ends all text messages from the program, including any about a transaction already underway.
- Email: reply STOP to any email from us, use the unsubscribe link where an email has one, or write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com, and we will stop emailing you. A person handles every request, normally by the end of the next business day and always within 10 business days. The exception is emails about a transaction already underway, such as closing arrangements.
- Phone: tell us on any call, or write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com, and we will stop calling you.
- Access, correction, or deletion: write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond and, where the law requires it, act on your request.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to discovery@dkpropertysolve.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
